Debra Zarish, DVM

Veterinarian and Practice Owner 

Dr. Zarish received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). Being in practice for ove 30 years, she had developed a special interest in Orthopedic and Soft Tissue surgery. She opened Cherry Hill Animal Clinic in its original location in 1990 and built and new facility in 2004.

Melissa Theyyunni, DVM, MPH

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Theyyunni received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University. She then went on to complete a one-year Small Animal Internship at Michigan State working with specialists in surgery, diagnostic imaging, and critical care medicine. Dr. Theyyunni is a member of the American Association of Animal Hospitals as well as the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association. Her special interests include emergency medicine (though she would much rather see her patients for wellness visits!) and soft tissue surgery. In her spare time, she loves cooking, gardening, and playing with her two guinea pigs and her 2 year old boston terrier named Lucy.

Cheryl Nester, LVT

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Cheryl gratuated from Wayne County Community College Veterinary Technology Program in 1995 with honors. She has a special interest in avian and exotic species. Cheryl was an Instructor at WCCC and conference lecture in avian medicine techniques and a guest speaker at bird clubs and community schools. At home Cheryl's husband and three handsome boys keep her busy.
